The staff displayed really good friendliness throughout my stay. I enjoyed an unexpected upgrade upon arrival, which i greatly appreciated. Breakfast offered plenty of options, it catered to various tastes. The location proved ideal, with many shops and restaurants nearby.
i noticed only a slight issue. The pool had limited hours of direct sunlight during the day.

the staff was friendly and ready to assist. i checked in with angeline and she went above for us. the breakfast was gorgeous. it had so much to choose from and everything was fresh!
the pool gets sun for only a few hours because it is on the fourth floor. the pool is surrounded by skyscrapers. i felt cold.
